Samsung doesnt support its own app.

Im unable to get this app to function. Ive updated the firmware on my camera. I connect my iPhone to its wi-fi network, but the app and the camera cannot seem to establish a connection.

Mobile-link works fine. Remote viewfinder is a dud.

When I called Samsung customer support, I was told that Samsung does not guarantee the functionality of this iPhone app and would not provide me with assistance.
